手术导航系统下切除椎管内外肿瘤 被引量:6

摘要 目的 :探讨导航系统应用于椎管内外肿瘤切除手术的临床意义。方法 :自 2 0 0 1年 3月至 2 0 0 1年 9月我院在导航系统 (Stealthstationsystem)辅助下共施行了 14例椎管内外肿瘤切除术。 结果 :本组患者均达到手术全切 ,术后恢复良好 ,无手术致残。结论 :应用计算机辅助导航系统切除椎管内外肿瘤的手术定位精确 ,可减少损伤、缩短手术时间 ,提高外科医生对手术部位及相邻脊柱解剖结构的辨别能力。 Objective:To discuss the role of image guided navigation in the operation of spinal tumor.Method:14 cases of spinal tumors treated with image guided surgery from March 2001 to September 2001 were reviewed.Result:Total removal and no deterioration for all 14 cases in this group.Conclusion:Image guided navigation for spinal surgery is able to save time and reduce operative lesion.It′s more important that neurosurgeons can identify the spinal structure more accurately by using the navigation.
