摘要
研究汽车局域网CAN总线在现代客车上的具体应用 ,采用 89C5 2单片机与SJA1 0 0 0CAN控制节点为核心设计了基于CAN总线的客车后置发动机数据采集显示系统 ,系统利用单片机通过传感器对发动机的冷却水温、机油压力、转速、车速等信号进行采集 ,再用CAN总线传输所有信号 ,简化了汽车线束 文中还给出了数据采集发送软件框图和数据接收显示软件框图 系统在实验室的模拟强干扰下 。
A study is made on the application of CAN bus in modern coach.A data collection and display system based on CAN bus of rear engine of the coach is designed based on the 89C52 SCM + SJA1000 CAN control node. After the SCM, by using the sensors,collects the data of cooling water temperature, machine oil pressure, rotation speed and velocity,CAN bus transfers all the data, which simplifies the auto wiring harness. The software of data collection and communication is presented. Against the strong mock interfere in the lab,the system works well.
