摘要
光整加工作为模具加工的最后一道工序 ,其加工质量一般影响着产品的最终质量和使用性能 .尽管模具加工的大部分工序实现了自动化 ,但模具光整加工的自动化却一直无法实现 ,其加工工作量要占整个工作量的 30 %~ 40 % ,严重制约着生产的发展 .磁粒光整加工技术的出现 。
Finishing machining as the last procedure of mould machining usually is the most important working procedure, its finishing quality affects directly the final quality and using performance of product. Though the most of working procedures of mould machining is already realized automatization,but the finishing machining automatization of mould has not yet to realize until today. The workload of finishing machining is about 30%~40% of all machining workload, which restricts the development of production. The appearance of magnetic abrasive finishing technology brings with the hope for realization of finishig machining automatization. The principle, equipment units, application area, machining characteristics and development status of magnetic abrasive finishing technology will be introduced in this paper.
