以BOT方式兴建中小城镇污水处理厂的可行性研究

随着中小城镇以及中小企业的迅速发展 ,同时带来了严重的污水处理的问题。兴建集中式污水处理厂有利于降低处理成本 ,解决技术管理等问题 ,但一次性投资以及如何长期稳定的运行一直是困扰污水处理厂运行的难题。本文研究了BOT投资方式的特点 ,探讨了以BOT方式兴建小城镇污水处理厂的可行性 ,并提出以吸引国内资金的新型BOT投资理念。

With the development of small and medium-sized towns and enterprises, a big problem of wastewater treatment comes up. It may reduce the cost of wastewater treatment and solve technical and management problems to build centralized wastewater treatment plants. But the lump-sum investment and the long-term management of a plant have been difficult problems all the time. The BOT investment model has been introduced in this paper. The feasibility of building small town wastewater treatment plants by BOT model is studied and a new BOT investment theory is developed.
