省略以其简洁、经济的优势在广告语篇衔接中起着重要的作用。着重论述省略在广告语篇中的各种价值形态 。
Ellipsis with its characteristics of brevity and economy is playing an important role in textual coherence of ad texts.The author analyses various pragmatic value forms of ellipsis in ad texts which is a new attempt to apply the theory of ellipsis to ad texts.
