The shrinkage and cracking of the concrete and countermeasures

基于预拌商品混凝土的广泛应用 ,分析了预拌商品混凝土结构及其构件产生裂缝的原因。将引起混凝土裂缝的类型归纳为塑性收缩开裂 ,干燥收缩开裂 ,水化热开裂三种 ,并对其表象及成因进行了阐述。通过实际工作的实践经验及参考了国内外的混凝土专业资料 ,对减少或防止混凝土产生开裂的根源 ,从预拌商品混凝土供应方的角度提出了 4项应对措施。

Based on the wide application of ready mixed concrete the paper analyzes the reasons of cracks in the structure and component of those concrete. The types of those cracks are summarized as three kinds: plastic shrinkage cracking, dry shrinkage cracking and hydration heat cracking. The causes and appearances of those cracks are elaborated. At last four countermeasures of reducing and preventing those cracks are proposed based on actual working practice and data report of concrete.
