摘要
以X8140万能工具铣床平铣工况为研究对象, 对其在典型工况下进行相对激振动态试验,获得反映其动态特性的试验数据, 辨识出该铣床的模态模型, 在动力分析的基础上,找出了影响该铣床铣削加工能力和加工精度的薄弱模态及主振部件, 并结合主振部件的结构特征, 制定了结构动力修改方案及措施, 结构改进后, 该铣床的切削加工能力和加工精度得到了较大幅度的提高.
The paper deals with the dynamic characteristic analysis and the structural dynamic modification of universal mill machine with horizontal milling. First the machine structure is excited with the method of opposite exciting. Second the modal parameters and modal shape are identified by the test data. The dynamic characteristics of the machine are analysed. Then based on the object function , the bad mode and its structure that affect the resistance to chatter of the mill machine and the surface smoothness of the workpiece are found out. After improvement the mill machine has high resistance to chatter and better surface smoothness than the old one.
