国际建筑信息化、数字化对我国建筑管理产生了强大的冲击 ,而工程质量监督机构应当适应形势 ,提高效率 ,从提高科技含量入手 ,将工程质量监控纳入网络化、数字化的轨道 ,提出了“数字质监”的思想 ,即工程监控的电脑网络化和监督手段的科学数据化 。

The informatization and digitalization of international construction make great impact to the construction management of our country, so the engineering quality supervisory agency should increase the working efficiency and bring the engineering quality monitoring into the orbit of digitalization and network.
