The reform of project cost management in our country after joining in WTO

我国已加入WTO ,这将对工程造价管理领域造成很大的影响与冲击。为与国际惯例接轨 ,需要加速建立工程造价领域的法律法规制度 ;进行工程造价计价方法与计价依据等一系列配套改革 ,实行网络管理 ;加强人才培养 ,提高工程造价咨询机构的竞争力 。

The joining in WTO of China will bring influences and impacts to the region of the project cost management. In order to fit to the international consuetude legal and regulation system in the region of project cost management should be established immediately. And the serials reforms in costing method and costing foundation should be processed and the network management should be realized. Intensifying the cultivation of professionals and enhancing the competitive power of consultative body of project cost and other measures should be taken to adapt the process of integrated economy.
