对我国发展特许经营过程中存在的问题进行了分析，在此基础上，从我国政策、法律、特许企业管理方面提出了一些建议，旨在通过这些探讨，寻求我国加入ＷＴＯ之后特许经营企业面临国际竞争应具备的应对措施．

This paper analyzes the problems during the development of franchise in our country. Based on it, the author puts forward some suggestions, including policy making, laws and management etc. The purpose of the discussion is to find out how to face the international competition after the entry of WTO.
