摘要
阐述了虚拟设计的基本内容,虚拟铸模设计的内容与方法,以典型铸件导套为设计对象,进行虚拟零件设计,并以零件为基础进行虚拟铸模设计,取得了较好的结果,从而大大提高了设计效率与设计的可靠性,对实际生产有一定的意义.
In this paper, the author introduces the basic content of virtual design and application in casting mold. The author designs conventional remark by the virtual design technology, analysis and checks structure. According to the design, the casting mold parts can be designed. So it can improve the design efficiency and dependability. This method is of some significance for production process.
