摘要
针对一种软开关高功率因数AC/DC变流器的总体结构,给出了软开关和二极管关断的模型,基于对硬开关电路和软开关辅助换流电路的损耗分析,给出了电路中主要参数的优化设计方法,仿真结果验证了本文方法的有效性。
The authors design an overall structure of the soft switching high power factor AC/DC converter,presents a diode switching-off model and a soft switching model,Carefully analyzes and calculates loss in the hard switching circuitry and the soft switching auxiliary conversion circuitry,gives a formula of the main parameters in the circuitry and expounds the working principle of magnetic snubbing.Simulation analysis shows that the converter is charaterized by high power factor and high efficiency.
