Research on the CNC Re-grinding System of Broach

提出了拉刀数控重磨及拉刀刃形自动测量的原理与方法 ,并应用这些原理与方法开发了拉刀重磨数控加工系统。所开发的系统已经成功应用于与机床厂合作开发的数控拉刀磨床产品中。

Methodologies to re grind broaches and measure the profile of the broach's cutting edges in a CNC grinding machine tool have been presented. Based on these methodologies, a CNC re grinding system of broach has been developed and supplemented to a CNC grinding machine tool of broach, supplying a internal gap in this field.
