摘要
利用 CCD进行尺寸测量是一种非常有效的非接触检测方法 ,这种方法被广泛应用于工件尺寸的在线检测 .笔者以面阵 CCD为传感器 ,研制了一套螺纹测量装置 ,实现了普通圆柱外螺纹几何参数的自动非接触测量 ,对面阵 CCD在复杂零件尺寸测量方面的应用作出了探索与尝试 ,为利用
CCD sensors are now widely applied to the dimensional measurement, which is a very effective method. In this paper, a non contact measurement apparatus by means of matrix CCD as the photoelectric sensor for the geometrical sizes of common cylindrical exterior thread is developed. The design of this experimental device explores the application of matrix CCD to the dimensions of complex workpiece, and lays the foundation of on line dimensional measurement of the thread.
