浅谈我国工程项目管理人才培养问题

Elementarily Talking about the Problem of Training Chinese Project Management Engineers

面对我国即将加入 WTO和知识经济时代的到来 ,同时针对我国工程项目管理相对落后和工程项目管理人才素质相对低下的现实 ,分析了我国工程项目管理人才培养的紧迫性 ,提出了解决措施 。

Considering China's entering WTO and the coming of knowledge economy era,and aiming at the lag of Chinese project management and the lowliness of project management engineers' diathesis,this article analyzes briefly the urgency of training Chinese project management engineers and of taking appropriate measures,and especially discusses the problem of establishing the subject of project management in college.
