摘要
通过某SHW6 - 1 2 5 -H(A)往复炉排炉的实测 ,得出了不同运行工况下炉排片上的温度分布及最高温度 ;指出了不同因素对炉排片温度的影响 ,为在炉排片结构一定、燃料特性一定的情况下 ,在炉排不同高温度区域合理地分区布置不同耐热材质的炉排片 ,提供了可靠的保证。
Through the test of a reciprocating inclined grate boiler of SHW6-1.25-H(A),the distribution of temperature and the highest temperature of the grate were elicited under different conditions, and the influences to the temperature zone were pointed out. It is sure that, under the present condition of fixed grate structure and fixed fuel, heat-resistant materials at different temperature zones can be arranged precisely.
