摘要
为了深入研究平面钢闸门的可靠度,根据平面钢闸门主梁的工作特点,分析了主梁承载能力极限状态下4种主要失效模式。着重对弯剪复合破坏时荷载效应的统计参数作了分析,得到了荷载效应的基本统计参数。采用JC法对主梁各失效模式可靠指标进行了校准计算分析。在此基础上,基于层次分析法原理,对主梁整体可靠性进行了评估。结果表明主梁整体可靠指标低于一级建筑物的安全水准,在修订《水利水电工程钢闸门设计规范》时应提高主梁整体可靠指标。
Based on reliability theory and the work character of plane steel gate main beam, four types failure modes of main beam were analyzed, in order to research the reliability of the main beam of plane steel gate. Statistical parameters of load effects were analyzed in the combination damage of bend with shear and furthermore the corresponding results are given. JC method was adopted for calibrating and analyzing the reliability index of steel gate main beam. Based on them, reliability assessment of main beam system was analyzed by applying the hierarchical analysis mothod. The results indicate that reliability index of plane steel gate main beam system doesn't meets the safety standard of Architecture Class 1 , so system reliability index of main beam should be improved in the revision of Hydraulic and Hydroelectric Engineering Specification for Design of Steel Gate. These research achievements can serve as a reference for the revision of Hydraulic and Hydroelectric Engineering Specification for Design of Steel Gate, as well for establishment of reliability assessment code.
