摘要 根据潜孔钻机凿岩过程卡钻机理的分析 ,提出了利用回转压力的缓变信号无级控制推进器推进力的预防卡钻控制和利用回转压力突变信号控制推进器回退的综合自动防卡钻控制 ,并对其控制规则进行了理论研究。试验证明 ,该控制系统性能稳定 ,能够实现自动预防各类卡钻控制 ,增强了钻机对复杂岩层钻进的适应能力。 Based on the analysis of a rock-drilling jamming mechanism, the synthetical rock-drilling anti-jamming automatic control system is proposed, in which the stepless feeding force regulated by slowly changing signals of the rotation pressure and the propulsion for return are exerted by critical rotation pressure. The control rule is analyzed under the theoretical investigation of the anti-jamming rotation pressure. The experimental results reveal that the performance of the control system is stable, it can automatically take precautions against all kinds of rock-drilling jamming, as a result, its adaptability to drill in the complex rock formation for down-the-hole drill is improved.
