介绍了焊接过程高温时的热力学和动力学基本物理—化学方程 ,并以此方程建立了数学模型 ,采用计算机VisualBasic编程 ,在给定的所期望接头性能和焊接参数后 ,基于焊缝成分预测焊条的配方。

This paper introduces a basic physicochemical equation of thermodynamics and kinetics at high temperature during welding.A mathematical model was established based on above mentionel equation and the computer program was compiled using Visual Basic.The formula of covered electrode was forecasted on the basis of the composition of weld line after the expected or predicted joint properties and welding parameters were given.
