摘要
根据铣床的工作原理 ,利用刀头夹持长度与凸轮工作轨面半径的几何关系 ,推导出计算各种不同规格螺纹钢牙筋的工艺参数。根据这些参数加工螺纹钢筋成品辊孔槽 ,从而解决了螺纹钢筋长度不足的问题。
On the basis of the work principle of milling machine and the geometry relation of the knife head length and cam work rail face radius, the parameters of the various specification reinforced bar tooth has been educed. Based on the data, the finishing roll slot has been designed and produced. In this way, the reinforcing steel tooth length problem of the shortcoming can be solved.
