摘要
本文在机器视觉内窥定量检测光学原理及硬件装置基础上 ,针对由于视觉图像独特的空间、复杂的结构及被测对象的多样性 ,给系统参数最佳确定及图像处理带来的困难 ,提出采用人机协同及基于被测量几何模型特征的图像处理策略 ,以降低技术难度、提高图像处理效率及扩大系统适用范围。
A spy inspection machine vision equipment has been setup, facing the difficulties of system parameters optimization, image processing efficiency and contour feature extraction, because of spectral space information and complex coordinate structure for various visual objects. Man-machine cooperation strategy and model based on image processing has been adopted in this paper, It was verified to be effective in decreasing technique difficulties, increasing image processing efficiency and expanding the application in industry. A practical system based on such man-machine strategy and model based image processing method has been give in detail.
