摘要
首先应用解析法对修形后摆线轮和针齿啮合时的初始间隙进行了准确计算,给出了一种比较符合工程实际的等效代换齿廓二齿差摆线轮与针齿有隙啮合时受力计算方法。
After force analysis between the standard cycloid gear and pin in the equivalent substitution flank profile two difference cycloid drivers, the initial clearance between the cycloid disk and pin can be cal-culate because of modification such as by means of analystic method and a relative accurate force analysis theory is carried out in the paper of the equivalent substitution flank profile two tooth difference cycloid gearing whose results are in accord with the engineering practice.
