高强度模料的研制及在大型薄壁钛合金精铸件上的应用 被引量:2

摘要 通过三种钛合金精铸用模料的性能及制备工艺的研究 ,获得了一种综合性能较好的高强度模料C86 4,并用其研制成功了飞机腹鳍前接头的蜡模及钛合金精铸件 ,该铸件长度达到6 0 0mm ,80 %的壁厚为 2 .5mm ,结构复杂。证明了C86 The properties and preparation of three kinds of wax were studied. The high strength wax C864 with excellent comprehensive properties was obtained. The fin′s front junction pattern of wax and titanium casting were successfully manufactured. this casting was very complicated,600mm long and near 80% of its thickness was 2.5mm. It was proved that C864 was very suitable to large thin wall titanium investment casting. Its properties were better than other waxes in China.
