摘要
对用渗流铸造法制备的多孔泡沫铅电极性能进行了研究。给出了可充分反映其内部三维网络骨架结构的形貌 ,定量测试了多孔泡沫铅电极的孔隙率、孔径、密度、抗压强度以及充放电后的成分 ,分析了电极孔径大小和表面化学处理对放电性能的影响 ,为研究高比能长寿命轻量电极材料提供了依据。
A new type porous foamed lead electrode is fabricated by penetration casting method. The scanning images show three dimensional framework and ideal netted structure. The electrode structure parameters, such as porosity, pore diameter, density, compressive strength and the compositions after lead electrode being discharged are measured and quantitatively analyzed. By simulated experiments of the porous foamed lead electrode in battery, the factors of electrode pore diameter size and surface chemical treatment, which affect discharging property, are investigated. The results lay the foundation of investigating light electrode material of high energy density and long lifetime.
