服务经济必然要求服务管理 ,服务管理有赖于服务管理理念的确立。现代图书馆服务管理理念则包括组织与机构管理、物质资源管理、人力资源管理、经营管理、形象管理及效果测评管理几个层面 ,从而构成了整个图书馆服务管理系统。服务管理系统的实施 。
Service economy needs service management. Service managent must depends on the establishment of service management conception and the service managemant conception of morden libraries includes: orgnization and institution management, material resource management, manpower resource management, management system, image management, effect evalution management, and so on. They constitue the library's service management system. So the implement of service management system is becoming realistic in the development of the whole library's service management strategy.
