电针对局灶性脑缺血大鼠脑细胞内Ca^(2+)含量的影响 被引量:32

摘要 目的 :研究电针对局灶性脑缺血大鼠脑细胞内Ca2 +的调节作用。方法 :利用激光共聚焦扫描显微镜观察缺血区活体脑片中脑细胞内Ca2 +的变化。结果 :缺血 1h ,皮质部细胞内Ca2 +含量还未出现明显变化 ,而纹状体部细胞内Ca2 +的含量明显升高 ;缺血 3h ,皮质部和纹状体细胞内Ca2 +含量均出现显著的升高 ,且纹状体细胞内Ca2 +含量明显高于皮质部 ;缺血 3h并给予电针治疗 30min后 ,则皮质部和纹状体细胞内Ca2 +含量均出现明显的下降。结论 :电针可迅速调节缺血区脑细胞内的Ca2 +含量 ,抑制胞内Ca2 +超载 ,从而保护脑缺血后继发神经元的损伤。 Objective: To study the effect of electro acupuncture (EA) in regulating calcium (Ca 2+ ) content in brain neurocytes of rats with focal cerebral ischemia. Methods: The changes of Ca 2+ content in ischemic neurocytes were observed by using laser confocal scanning microscope. Results: Ca 2+ content did not change significantly in cerebral cortex when the brain ischemia occurred for 1 hr, but it raised significantly in striatum neurocytes. Both the Ca 2+ contents in striatum and cortex area increased significantly 3 hrs after ischemia occurrence and the content in striatum was higher than that in cortex significantly. Brain Ca 2+ content could be reduced significantly after the 3 hrs ischemic brain were treated by EA for 30 min. Conclusion: EA could regulate the content of Ca 2+ in the ischemic area of brain, inhibit Ca 2+ overload, so as to protect neurons from ischemic injury.
