电针对大鼠足底疼痛病灶所属脊髓节段NMDAR-2B mRNA表达的抑制 被引量:3

Effects of Electroacupuncture on NMDAR-2B mRNA Expression in the Corresponding Spinal Segment to the Focus of Pain in the Plantar of Rats

摘要 采用原位杂交组织化学技术 ,观察电针对大鼠一侧足底注射 5 %福尔马林 5 0 μl后病灶所属脊髓节段 (L4~6 ) N-甲基 - D-天门冬氨酸型受体 - 2 B(NMDAR- 2 B) m RNA表达的影响。结果表明 :福尔马林组大鼠 L4~ 6节段脊髓背角 NMDAR- 2 B m RNA表达较生理盐水组显著增强 ,电针治疗组大鼠 L4~ 6节段脊髓背角 NMDAR- 2 B m RNA表达与生理盐水组无显著差异 ,但显著低于福尔马林组。提示电针治疗能抑制大鼠足底疼痛病灶所属脊髓节段 NMDAR- 2 Bm RNA的高表达 ,减弱脊髓神经元的敏感化 。 In situ hybridization histochemistry technique was applied to observe the effect of electroacupuncture (EA) on NMDAR-2B mRNA expression in the spinal segment (L4-6 ) to which the focus of rats' plantar of one hindpaw with injection of 5 % formalin 50 μl belongs. It was found that the NMDAR-2B mRNA expression in dorsal horn of L4-6 segment of the formalin group was significantly stronger than that in the normal saline group. The NMDAR-2B mRNA expression in dorsal horn of L4-6 segment in the EA group was not significantly different from that in the normal saline group, but significantly weaker than that in the formalin group. The results suggested that EA can inhibit the high expression of NMDAR-2B mRNA in the corresponding spinal segment to the focus of pain in the plantar of rats and attenuate sensitization of spinal neuron to exert the effect of analgesia.
