摘要
为进一步探讨蛋白激酶 C(PKC)调控人低分化鼻咽癌 CNE- 2 Z细胞生长的机制 ,观察了 PKC对 CNE- 2 Z端粒酶活性的影响。结果显示 :CNE- 2 Z细胞有较高的端粒酶活性 ;PKC的抑制剂 Staurosporine显著降低细胞端粒酶活性 (P<0 .0 0 1)。提示抑制 PKC可以抑制 CNE- 2 Z细胞的端粒酶活性 ,PKC可能通过调控端粒酶活性从而影响 CNE- 2
To further investigate the mechanism of nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) cell line CNE-2Z growth modulated by protein kinase C (PKC), the effect of PKC on telomerase activity was observed in human poor-differentiated NPC cell line CNE-2Z. The results showed that there was a higher telomerase activity in CNE-2Z cells. After treated with staurosporine, the telomerase activity of CNE-2Z cells was decreased significantly (P<0.001). It was suggested that PKC can inhibit the telomerase activity of CNE-2Z cells and may regulate the cell growth by modulating telomerase activity in CNE-2Z cells.
