摘要
应用 2 4h动态心电图测定了 30例糖尿病患者的心率变异性 (HRV)值 ,并与传统的心血管反射试验进行对比分析。结果表明 :1糖尿病患者 2 4h R- R间期的标准差、R- R间期大于 5 0 ms的百分数 (p NN5 0 )显著低于正常人。心率功率谱的总频段高、低和极低频段的幅度和能量均明显低于正常人。 2 HRV对糖尿病自主神经病变 (ANP)的检出率高于传统的心血管反射试验。 3糖尿病患者 HRV某些指标与部分传统的心血管反射试验呈高度相关。提示
The diagnostic value of heart rate variability (HRV) in 30 cases of diabetic autonomic neuropathy (ANP) was studied by using 24 h dynamic electrocardiography and compared with that by using traditional cardiovascular tests. Results showed that the standard deviation (SD) of 24 h R-R, R-R interval and pNN50 in the diabetic mellitus (DM) group were much lower than in the control group (P<0.05). The amplitude and power of total, high and low frequencies (TF, HF, LF) of 24 h heart rate spectrum analysis (HRSA) in the DM group were significantly lower than in the control group. For assessing diabetic ANP, HRV was more sensitive than traditional cardiovascular tests. In DM patients a highly significant correlation existed between the results of HRV and traditional cardiovascular tests. It was concluded that the HRV analysis is a sensitive method for diagnosing ANP in DM patients.
