摘要
改良法自行制备载附抗肿瘤药物阿霉素磁性蛋白微球 ,经细胞图像分析仪进行图像数字化处理 ,测量形态参数 ,从而优选最佳磁性微球。结果表明 ,优选的阿霉素磁性蛋白微球理想 ,符合静脉用药。平均直径为 :(0 .910±0 .330 ) μm;形态因子为 :0 .770± 0 .0 30。改良方法可行可靠 。
A new kind of drug-carrier complex, adriamycin magnetic albumin microspheres, was made up by our own modified method through heat sonication, which was later then processed physically by a modern cytological image processing computer, in order to select the best and the most satisfactory drug-carrier complex. Our results showed the synthesis and selection were both good and satisfactory. The average diameter was:(0.910±0.330) μm;and the form factor was:0.770±0.030. The modified method of preparation of adriamycin carried by magnetic albumin microspheres was one of the best choice to direct further experimental study on animals and its forward hopeful applications on clinics.
