超声雾化吸入青心酮治疗胎儿宫内生长迟缓的效果评估

The Therapeutic Effectiveness of Inhaled DHAP in the Treatment of Intrauterine Growth Retardation

应用彩色超声多普勒检测脐动脉收缩期和舒张末期血流速度比值、脉冲指数和阻力指数 ,对比性研究 18例超声雾化吸入青心酮与静脉注入青心酮治疗的胎儿宫内生长迟缓 (IU GR)患者母胎血循及胎儿生长径线有关指标的变化 ,探索应用超声雾化吸入青心酮门诊治疗 IU GR的可行性。结果显示 :无论静脉给予青心酮 ,还是雾化吸入青心酮 ,均使 IUGR患者平均脐动脉血流速度比值、脉冲指数和阻力指数明显下降 ,胎儿双顶径和新生儿出生体重明显增加 ,两组疗效无明显差别。表明超声雾化吸入青心酮可能不失为一个门诊治疗 IU

Color Doppler ultrasonography was used to measure the ratio of systolic flow velocity to diastolic flow velocity of umbilical artery, pulsatility index (PI) and resistance index to evaluate the therapeutic effectiveness of inhaled 3,4-dihydroxyacetophenone (DHAP) in the treatment of intrauterine growth retardation (IUGR). The changes in the index relative to placental blood circulation and fetal growth circumferences were comparatively studied in 18 patients with IUGR receiving inhaled DHAP or intravenous DHAP to investigate the feasibility of inhaled DHAP treating IUGR in the outpatient department. The results showed that either intravenous DHAP or inhaled DHAP could obviously decrease the mean ratio of flow velocity of umbilical artery, PI and resistance index. The biparietal diameter and birth weight of the infants were significantly increased. There was no significant difference in the therapeutic effectiveness between the two groups. It was suggested that inhaled DHAP may be a potential protocol for the out-patient management of IUGR pregnant women.
