摘要
逆转录聚合酶链反应 (RT- PCR)技术检测了 18例尖锐湿疣 (CA)患者皮损组织及 10例正常皮肤组织中 IL-2和 IL- 6的 m RNA,对其中 6例患者切除皮损前 ,皮损内注射 γ-干扰素 (IFNγ) ,在注射 IFNγ前后 72 h均切除皮损检测 IL- 2 m RNA。结果 1在正常皮肤组织未检测到 IL- 2 m RNA,在 18例 CA患者中发现有 2例皮损 IL- 2 m RNA阳性 ,6例 CA患者注射 IFNγ前局部皮损未检测到 IL- 2 m RNA,而在皮损内注射 IFNγ后有 4例阳性。 2在正常皮肤组织中有低水平的 IL- 6 m RNA表达 ,在 18例 CA患者皮损 IL- 6基因表达较正常皮肤组织明显增高 (P<0 .0 1)。结果表明IFNγ可诱导 Thl应答 。
The expression of interleukin (IL)-2 mRNA and IL-6 mRNA of surgically removed warts from 18 cases of condyloma acuminatum (CA) and 10 cases of normal cutaneous tissues was detected by reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) technique. Lesions of 6 of the 18 patients were additionally treated with intralesional interferon-γ prior to surgery. The expression of IL-2 mRNA was detected in 6 lesions treated with IFNγ after 72 h. Results indicated that the expression of IL-2 mRNA was not detectable in normal controls, but in two lesions of 18 patients of CA IL-2 mRNA was detectable. In addition, IL-2 mRNA was detectable in 4 out of 6 patients treated with intralesional IFNγ after 72 h, whose IL-2 mRNA was negative before treatment with IFNγ. There was the low level expression of IL-6 mRNA in normal cutaneous tissues and the expression of IL-6 gene was significantly increased in the lesions of CA as compared with normal cutaneous tissues (P<0.01). The findings suggest that IFNγ could induce Th1 response. CA patients may present the disturbance of an epidermal cytokine network in lesional location.
