前列地尔治疗重症肝炎46例

Effcet of Alprostadil in the Treatment of Severe Chronic Hepatitis B

目的 :观察前列地尔治疗慢性重症肝炎的疗效。方法 :84例重症肝炎患者随机分类治疗组 46例 ,对照组3 8例。治疗组在常规护肝治疗的同时 ,给予前列地尔 2 0 μg·d 1 ,静脉滴注 ,对照组 3 8例给予常规护肝治疗 ,疗程均 14d。观察肝功能指标的变化。结果 :与对照组比较 ,治疗组患者肝功能指标改善较为明显 ,尤其是慢性肝炎重度患者 ,有效率明显高于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论

Objective:To observe the effect of alprostadil in the treatment of severe chronic hepatitis B. Methods:84 patients with severe chronic hepatitis B were randomized into the trial and control groups. 46 patients in the trial group were given alprostadil, 20 μg·d 1 , for two weeks, in addition to routine management, while the 38 cases in the control group were given routine treatment. During the period of the treatment, patients signs, symptoms and liver function indices were observed. Results:Compared with the control group, the symptoms and signs were improved significantly in 46 patients in the trial group, especially in those with chronic severe hepatitis B. The effective rate was significanly higher in the trial group than that of the control group (P<0.01). Conclusion:Alprostadil had considerable effects in treating severe chronic hepatitis B.
