正交设计优选排石合剂提取工艺

摘要 目的 :优化排石合剂的提取工艺。方法 :采用正交试验法 ,以总固体物的量和总黄酮为指标 ,对排石合剂的提取工艺进行了筛选。结果 :各因素对指标影响的主次顺序为A >C >B(A :加水量 ,B :浸泡时间 ,C :煎煮时间 ) ,且因素A具有显著性意义 ,其余二者均无显著性意义。结论 :以加水煎煮 2次 ,第 1次加水量为 12倍 (以 180g加水量为基数 ) ,沸后提取 1h ,第 2次加水 10倍 ,沸后提取 0 . Objective: To optimize the extraction method of Paishi (Lithagogue) mixture. Method:With the amounts of total solid substance and total flavone as indexes, the extraction methods were screened by orthogonal design. Results: The sequence of factors influencing the indexes was as follows A>C>B, (A: the amount of water added, B: the time of soaking, C: the time of decoction). Only the factor A affected the indexes significantly. Conclusions:The optimal extraction process obtained was: The drugs were decocted twice. For the first decoction, 12 volumes of water were added to 1 volume of the traditional Chinese medicinal materials and the extraction lasted 1 h after boiling. In the second decoction, the ratio of water added to the drugs was 10∶1 and the extraction time after boiling was 1/2 h.
