摘要
目的 :提高悬浮细胞脂质体转染效率。方法 :将细胞分成 6组 ,脂质体组、纤连蛋白 (fibronectin) +脂质体组、电击 +脂质体组、纤连蛋白 +电击 +脂质体组、辐射 +脂质体组、纤连蛋白 +辐射 +脂质体组。各实验组均转染EGFP_N1质粒。计算转染效率。结果和结论 :脂质体与其他条件组合使用 。
Objective:To improve transfection efficiency of suspended cells.Methods:In order to know the efficiency of different liposome transfection methods,the cells were divided into six groups:GeneJammer;fibronection plus GeneJammer;electricity plus GeneJammer;fibronectin plus electricity and GeneJammer;radiation plus GeneJammer;fibronection plus radiation and GeneJammer.All groups were transfected by plasmid EGFP_N1.The transfection efficiency was computed.Results and Conclusions:The transfection efficiency was improved when GeneJammer was used in combinction with other factors.
