六味地黄方现代药理学研究新进展

六味地黄方 (LiuweiDihuangdecoction)是中医“滋补肾阴”的经典名方 ,主要用于肝肾阴虚之症。近代临床中仍广泛用于肿瘤、糖尿病、自身免疫病等数十种疾病的治疗和辅助治疗。该方具有调节机体免疫功能、抗肿瘤、保护肝脏和调节肾脏功能等多种药理作用。现代实验药理学研究表明 ,六味地黄汤的主要药理作用是调节神经_内分泌_免疫调节网络的平衡 ,其中多糖、寡糖。

Liuwei Dihuang decoction is the classical representative famous prescription for 'nourishing the kidney_yin'in traditional Chinese medicine. It has been used widely in clinical practice for treatment of several diseases such as tumors, diabetes mellitus, autoimmune disease, etc . This compound prescription has broad pharmacological activities, especially the action of modulating the immune function, anti_tumor action, protecting liver and kidney, and so on. Modern experimental pharmacological studies indicated that restoring the equilibrium of neuroendocrine_immunomodulation (NIM) network was its major effect, and polysaccharide, oligosaccharide and glycoside compound were its important substance basis modulating immune function.
