摘要
目的 :为苓桂术甘汤醇提工艺提供依据。方法 :采用正交设计对醇提工艺优化 ,测定了不同工艺提取物中去氢土莫酸、肉桂酸和甘草酸的含量及浸膏得率。结果 :最佳工艺为溶剂量 10倍量 ,提取 3次 ,提取时间 6 0 min。结论 :该方法可用于确定苓桂术甘汤醇提工艺的条件。
Objective:To provide a basis for alcohol extraction process of Ling gui zhu gan Decoction. Methods:The orthogonal design was adopted to optimize the alcohol extraction process. The contents of dehydrotumulosic acid?cinnamic acid and glycyrrhizic acid, and extractive yield were determinated as markers to evaluate the effect of the extraction of different processes. Results:The optimum extracting condition was ten times amount and three times for sixty minutes every time. Conclusion:The method can be used to make for certain the alcohol extraction process of Ling gui zhu gan Decoction.
