摘要
目的 :实验观察降酶口服液的药效。方法 :将动物随机分为空白对照组 ,模型对照组、阳性药对照组和高、低剂量给药组 ,观察给予 D-氨基半乳糖 (D- Gal)及四氯化碳后小鼠及大鼠各组的肝脏指数、血清转氨酶 (ALT及 AST)、总蛋白、白蛋白、A/G比例、透明质酸及肝脏病理组织学的变化 ,比较组间差异。结果 :与模型组相比用药各组肝脏指数较低血清转氨酶和透明质酸升高不明显、白蛋白和 A/G比例有所增加 ;病理学显示用药各组的肝细胞变性、坏死明显轻于模型对照组。结论 :降酶口服液能阻止D- Gal及四氯化碳造成的肝脏指数增加 ,降低转氨酶 ,改善肝脏合成白蛋白的能力 ,减轻肝脏病理损害 ,对 D-
Objective:To study on the potency of the Decreasing Aminopherase Oral Liquid.Methods:Either mice or rats were randomly divided into five groups. These groups were normal control group, model control group, control group added positive medicine, group added higher dose of the oral liquid and group added lower dose of the oral liquid. Mice or rats of all the groups were added D Gal or CCl 4 to make acute or chronic hepatic lesion. Then serum ALT, AST, TP, ALB, A/G and HA were detected in all groups, so was the hepatic index. The liver tissue was taken for pathologic examination at the same time.Results:The hepatic indexes in the groups added medicines were lower than those in the model control group. So far as the increases of ALT, AST, and HA were concerned, there were no significant differences among those groups. Serum ALB and A/G in the groups added medicines were higher than those in the model control group. The hepatic lesions such as degeneration or necrosis of liver cell in the groups added medicines were significantly severer than those in the model control group by pathologic examination.Conclusion:This oral liquid can prevent the increase of hepatic index by D Gal or CCl 4. It can not only improve the ability of liver to synthesize ALB, but laso decrease the pathologic lesion of liver. It also can significantly protect mice or rats from the acute hepatic lesion by D Gal or chronic hepatic lesion by CCl 4.
