雪莲注射液中黄酮类成分的定性定量分析

Quantitative and Qualitative Analysis on Flavonoids in Xuelian Injection

目的 :对单方制剂雪莲注射液中黄酮类成分进行定性、定量分析。方法 :采用化学试剂法、荧光法、薄层色谱 (TLC)法进行定性 ,利用分光光度法 ,芦丁做对照品 ,在 5 0 0 nm进行定量测定。结果 :测得总黄酮含量为 2 6 .4 μg/ml,回收率 =10 0 % ,RSD =1.5 9% (n =7)。结论 :方法简便 ,结果准确 。

Objective:To determine the content of flavonoids in Xuelian Injection.Methods:The content of flavonoids in Xuelian Injection is determined by spectrophotometry at 500 nm with rutin as the standard.Results:The content of flavonoids is 26.4 μg/ml in Xuelian Injection, the average recovery rate is 100% and RSD=1.59%(n=5).Conclusion:The method is simple, with exact result and good repeatition.
