摘要
自卸汽车拉杆转动式锁紧机构是一种非匀速转动的四连杆机构。设计中往往借助于坐标和自身车辆后悬尺寸的选择才能完成,有时决定某连杆长度时往往需多次来回验算才能确定,没有一套常规的计算程序。文中介绍了一种借助任意三角形的计算公式来求证验算整个自锁机构,设计方法明了,尺寸准确、可靠,并且可避免锁钩与拉杆在拉直状态下反弹现象,计算过程简单,易于操作。
The draw-link rotational type self-locking mechanism of dumpers is a kind of non-constant-speed rotating four-linkage mechanism.There isn't a routine program for engineering calculation.Repeating selection s of coordinates and rear suspension dimensions of vehicle itself usually done in the design,sometimes decision of the length of a certain draw-link needs much iteration.An equation with the aid of arbitrary triangle is introduced to validate the entire self-locking mechanism.This method is clear,precious,and reliable.And rebounding when the latch is in line with the draw-link can be avoided.
