摘要
成组技术(GT)是先进制造技术(AMT)的一种单项技术,它普遍适用于机械制造行业,特别适用于汽车制造企业。成组技术是以相似性理论为指导,挖掘、标识、利用多品种生产中的相似规律,综合利用现代科技手段,优化信息流、物质流,改善生产的时间和空间组织结构。全方面应用成组设计、成组工艺、成组管理等技术将有助于提高企业的技术水平和管理水平,也有助于提高生产效率和降低成本。
Group Technology is one single technology of the advance manufacturing technologies(AMT ).It is commonly suitable for mechanical industry,especially for auto industry.Guided by similarity theory,Group Technolo-gy taps,identifios and uses the similarity rules in multi-product production,optimizes information flow and matter flow with modern science and technology measures,improves time and space organization structure of production.Application of group designing,group processing,group management technology in all aspects will be helpful to im-prove the enterprise's technology levels and management levels,and also helpful to improve production efficiency and reduce costs.
