首先,介绍了电弧喷涂的优越性。其次,分析了电弧喷涂修复发动机曲轴存在的问题,即采用该方法修复的发动机曲轴产生涂层脱落、颗粒磨损等现象。采用新工艺和复合材料对曲轴进行电弧喷涂,试验结果表明,修复过的曲轴使用效果良好。

Advantages of electric arc painting are introduced at first.Secondly,disadvantages of renovation of engine crankshafts with electric arc painting areanalyzed,that there exist desquamation of painting and particle attrition for engine crankshafts renovated with this method.It is proved by tests that crankshafts renpvated with electric arc painting with new process and composite material are good in use.
