Train Daily Plan is an important part of the branch railway bureau's daily management. So it is necessary to set up an applied system for Train Daily Planning and dispatching of the transportation activities. In this paper, the algorithms and programming methods in Java are expounded systematically to make the transportation plan, including marking the direction codes of the wagon flows, and its interfaces for the existing application systems are also discussed . This system will facilitate the dispatch routine of the railway branches to some extent.
