摘要
通过室内试验证明 :活化沸石是一种良好的除氨材料 ,交换容量可达 1.4 5mg/ g沸石 ,能够用于污水除氨 ;影响活化沸石除氨的主要因素是滤料的装填高度、滤速、沸石粒径大小、原水水质以及沸石运行过程的生物相形成等 .建议滤柱较佳工作条件为 :滤料粒径 0 .8~ 1.7mm ,滤料装填高度 1.2m ,运行滤速 3~ 4m/h .
The tests in lab has proved that actived zeolite is an available material, and its exchange capacity can reach 1.45mg/g,and be used to remove ammonia-nitrogen from wastewater. The influence of zeolite size, filter velocity, zeolite height and bacteriain in the filter process on removing nitrogen has been discussed too. The optimal working condition are size of zeolite 0.8~1;7mm; column height 1.2m; filter velocity 4m/h.
