从铁路局 (分局 )运输生产实际出发 ,分析了现行货车周转时间计算方法中存在的问题 ,通过对货车周转时间的概念、计算方法及相关要素的分析探讨 ,提出了分级计算、逐级累加的计算方法 ,可以较好地反映局 (分局 )货车运用状况及对局 (分局 )

According to the application processes of the existing calculation method of car turnround time are analysed in the area of a railway bureau or branch railway bureau.Then on the basis of studying the concepts and the calculating, the improved calculating method is suggested which could properly reflect the true situation about car application and be used to evaluate and compare the car using quality of railway bureaus or branch railway bureaus.
