本文回顾了呼叫中心 (CallCenter)技术的发展 ,重点介绍了作者在呼叫中心接入方式 (电话、图文电话、微机终端、Web、可视终端、传真、手机 )方面的研究成果 。
This paper mainly discusses the development of Call Center technology and introduces the authors' study achievements on the link mode for Call Center (telephone, graphics context telephone, computer terminal. Web, visual terminal,fax, mobile phone),and brings out the blue print of realization.
