摘要
探讨现代技术条件下军用雷达接收机保护技术发展的新需求、高功率微波短脉冲雷达接收机保护装置的组成原则和在实验的基础上空间隔离设计与接收机前端限幅控制电路的设计方法以及高功率微波短脉冲雷达接收机保护装置的系统结构 ;对接收机前端限幅控制电路的性能进行了实验分析 ,采用常断PIN开关限幅控制电路是解决雷达接收机响应速度指示问题的一个有效途径 .
The aim of this work is to explore the TR isolation and limiting/controlling techniques of the high power microwave short duration pulse radar. The new demand on the military radar receiver protecting technique under the modern technical condition is given and the composing principle of the HPM short pulse radar receiver protection device is provided. The design method for the space isolation and receiver front limiting controlled circuit and their system structure are also studied on the basis of experiments with the experimental analysis given. The conclusion that utilizing the sustained opening PIN switch can be one of the efficient ways to solve the problem of the receiver protection devices response speed is obtained.
