利用核心期刊评价论文质量存在的局限性研究

Limitation of Using Core Journal to Evaluate Quality of Paper Research

核心期刊对科研论文具有一定的评价功能 ,但期刊质量与论文质量之间不存在一一对应的关系。目前用期刊质量代替论文质量 ,用论文质量代替科研成果质量的做法 ,已产生越来越大的负面影响。本文从核心期刊测定方法存在的不足 ,我国科研部门筛选核心期刊存在的问题和核心期刊自身的特点三个方面来探讨核心期刊作为科研成果评价工具存在的局限性。

Though the core journal has function to evaluate quality of paper,there's parallel relation between the quality of paper and the quality of journal.The way at present,using the quality of journal to stand for the quality of thesis and using the quality of thesis to stand for the quality of achievements in scientific research,has produced more and more negative effects.From the three aspects below:the defects of the measurement methods using core journal,the problems in core journal sifting,and the characters of core journal,the authors gives their opinion that there are limitations to evaluating achievements in scientific research by core journal.
