知识服务与信息服务在产生背景、内涵、服务方式、所依托的组织管理机制、知识与信息等方面都有不同 ;它们的联系在于二者具有相同作用 ,都重视信息和信息技术 ,在发展中是相互促进的。

Knowledge service and information services are different in backgrounds,implications,services ways,ect.However,their common feature is that both are focused on information and information technology.The author thinks that a comparative study of the two will be beneficial in practices.
