Discusses the impact of organizational culture on knowledge management in four aspects: the culture determines the recognition to knowledge, the culture mediates the relationships between individual and organization - level knowledge, the culture provides interactive background for the value of knowledge, and the culture determines the reaction of organizations to new knowledge.
